Holy irony, Batman… Why is it that the Democrats are totally in favor of promoting “responsibility” among the Iraqis (as in, “they need to take responsibility; it won’t happen as long as we are there”), but do everything possible to put up roadblocks to American citizens being personally responsible (as in entitlements)?

Conflict Management 101. In any conflict, there are costs associated with both winning and losing. Those against a proposition or action will inevitably ignore the costs of not taking the action; those for it will likely minimize the costs of proceeding. Everything makes sense with cheese… I was telling my wife about the time my dad broke my finger while playing catch with me. Mini-she kept looking at my finger with a worried expression, so I showed her how bones break and mend…with cheese. We like lessons that are simple and edible.
